Description

The litigation practice of this highly regarded firm is looking to add another mid level solicitor/barrister to it’s fast growing litigation practice. The work will be of the highest quality and general commercial in nature. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience handling all/some of the following: shareholder disputes, derivative actions, insolvency/restructuring and trust litigation.
