The team specializes in complex and high profile commercial disputes, covering contentious banking and financial services disputes, insolvency/restructuring, asset tracing, trust, international arbitration/ADR and professional negligence amongst others. Candidates must possess a strong academic record and have gained their experience from top tier London (UK/US) firms or Chambers.
