Description
Offshore Legal has been instructed to source a senior commercial litigator or barrister for the Guernsey office of this highly regarded firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader and ambitious individuals will have the chance to work towards partnership earlier than with most other firms in the region. The work will be first rate and truly varied, including banking and finance litigation, insolvency and restructuring, trust and probate, asset tracing and freezing, professional negligence, international debt recovery, shareholders disputes, contract and public law etc
The firm will be looking for evidence of strong technical skills as well as the ability to be a team player and communicate efficiently and professionally at all levels. City based candidates and those with prior/current offshore experience are most preferred. Remuneration will be extremely attractive and with a flat 20% income tax, net salary will in most cases exceed city pay and your work life balance will improve out of sight.
