Description
Offshore Legal has just been instructed by a leading firm in Bermuda to source an ambitious associate for their busy litigation practice. The team cover a wide range of commercial litigation with a particular focus on insurance/re-insurance, insolvency, trusts, banking and funds disputes. Whilst candidates are definitely not required to have experience across all of these areas, significant exposure to insurance/re-insurance related work would be ideal.
The successful candidate will be Commonwealth qualified and have 4-8 years PQE within the litigation practices of major firms in the UK, Australia, NZ, Canada and of course Bermuda. It goes without saying that strong technical and communication skills are necessary, as is a team-oriented attitude.
