This firm’s corporate and commercial team specialises in equity related issues and frequently advises on complex cross border transactions with a Cayman element. They regularly advise on M&A, JV’s, private equity transactions, investment funds, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, IPO’s as well as more general commercial issues. Our client has instructed that top tier candidates from London, Dublin, Sydney and Melbourne are most preferred. The firm are a major player in the offshore market and offer exceptionally attractive packages.
