Offshore Legal recently placed one associate with this firm and have now been instructed to help secure another hire this side of Xmas. The successful candidate can expect to receive a steady work stream of JV, M&A, restructures, listings, shareholders agreements, corporate insolvency, investment vehicle structures etc
