A fantastic opportunity has presented for a hard working and enthusiastic junior/mid level corporate lawyer to join this leading offshore firm in Guernsey. Their highly regarded corporate team is considered by many as running the leading M&A practice on the island whilst also having particular expertise in JV’s, reorganizations, corporate finance, public offerings, listings, amalgamations, private equity and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work. The firm has requested Offshore Legal source top tier English, Irish, Aussie and NZ candidates.
