Description
This top tier offshore firm is looking to appoint a super bright and ambitious associate to its corporate team in Hong Kong. The work will be first rate, covering primarily M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions, public offerings and a full range of investment fund work for a blue-chip client base, spread right across the Asia Pacific region.
Candidates will need to have a UK or Commonwealth qualification, 2-6 years of post qualified experience at leading firms and fluency in Mandarin. The firm is looking for an ultimate team player who is able to build strong relationships and work within a fast-paced and challenging arena. Total remuneration package will be on par with anything in the region and will include full relocation and health benefits.
