Description
Offshore Legal has recently placed one candidate into the Corporate team of this leading firm in Bermuda. A fantastic opportunity still exists however, for one more associate to join the team before the end of the year. The position will offer a heavy dose of complex cross border work, including: big-ticket M&A/JV transactions, public and private capital raising, investment funds, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements as well as insurance/reinsurance related work.
The ideal candidate will be Commonwealth qualified and have between 3-6 years post qualification experience in a corporate/commercial practice at recognized firms in London, Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow or Toronto. Bermudian candidates are naturally also strongly encouraged to apply.
