A fantastic opportunity exists for an ambitious associate to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this market leading firm in Bermuda. The role offers significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporations, capital raisings and debt offerings, IPO’s, corporate restructurings, share buy-backs and redemptions, amalgamations and capital reductions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive transactional experience at recognised city firms. The firm are known for their generous salary packages and (post Covid) there will also be potential opportunity to get involved in marketing initiatives and trips to the UK, US and Far East. Bermudians and associates already offshore are naturally strongly encouraged to apply.

Bermuda is a beautiful island with an abundance of stunning beaches, crystal clear water and palm trees, whilst still having access to a traditional English high street.
