Description
A fantastic opportunity exists for an ambitious associate to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this market leading firm in Bermuda. The role offers significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporations, capital raisings and debt offerings, IPO’s, corporate restructurings, share buy-backs and redemptions, amalgamations and capital reductions.
The ideal candidate will be commonwealth qualified and have extensive transactional experience at recognised city firms. Bermudians and associates already offshore are naturally strongly encouraged to apply.
