Description
Offshore Legal has just been instructed by a major client to source a top tier associate for their busy Corporate practice in Bermuda. The position will offer a heavy dose of complex cross border work, including: big-ticket M&A/JV transactions, public and private capital raising, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements etc
The ideal candidate will be UK qualified (or Bermudian) and have between 4-6 years post qualification experience in a corporate/commercial practice at top tier city firm(s). They will have extensive transactional experience and be an effective communicator at all levels.
