Description
A fantastic opportunity exists for an ambitious mid-senior level associate to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this market leading offshore firm in Bermuda. The position will offer a heavy dose of complex cross border work, including: big-ticket M&A/JV transactions, public and private capital raising, investment funds, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements as well as insurance/reinsurance related work.
The ideal candidate will be Commonwealth qualified and have between 5-10 years post qualification experience in a corporate/commercial practice at recognized city (UK/US) firm(s). They will have extensive transactional experience and be an effective communicator at all levels.
