A fantastic opportunity now exists for a mid/senior level associate to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this major firm in Bermuda. It is one of the very best available anywhere and offers the successful candidate significant exposure to big ticket M&A transactions as well as joint ventures, incorporations, capital raisings and debt offerings, IPO’s, corporate restructurings, share buy-backs and redemptions, amalgamations and capital reductions. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to marketing trips in the US, UK, Far East and South America.

Offshore Legal has placed three of the last five associates into the corporate team and the candidates have all had extensive transactional experience from leading UK/US firms in London (or other major commonwealth centres).
