Description
Offshore legal has just been instructed to source a mid/senior associate for the corporate/commercial team of a major offshore firm in Guernsey. The corporate and corporate finance transactions will be of the highest quality and the roles will also offer some exposure to investment funds related work. This position has become available due to an internal restructure and will mean greater opportunity for the successful candidate in terms of career progression. Candidates should be commonwealth qualified and have gained the vast majority of their experience at leading firms in London, Dublin or Sydney (or other offshore firms). Telephone interviews commencing shortly and second round will be held on island.
