Description
Our client is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal with a minimum of three years experience at a top 50-ranked private practice firm. The role will be a traditional paralegal position, primarily assisting partners and associates with the preparation and drafting of all documentation as well as conducting wide ranging due diligence and legal research.
Candidates should have a law degree or paralegal qualification. This is only the third such vacancy in the BVI for 5+ years so applications should be made asap to avoid disappointment.
