Description
A fantastic opportunity has presented for a hard working and enthusiastic junior corporate lawyer to join this leading firm in Guernsey. The group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial work including; M&A, JV, reorganizations, public offerings, amalgamations, private placements and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.
The firm has asked us to source candidates with 1-3 years post qualified experience from top tier firms. English, Irish, Scottish, Aussie and Kiwi candidates are most preferred. Interviews have just commenced, however the firm will be accepting CV’s for a further two weeks.
The Channel Islands is a fantastic place to work and offers lawyers exposure to a truly international client base whilst experiencing a work/life balance that most city lawyers only dream about. Salaries tend to be only slightly lower than city rates, however, the favourable tax structure means almost all lawyers come out in front financially.
