Description
One of the leading firms in the Channel Islands is looking to make an additional hire for its busy and talented corporate team. This vacancy will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work alongside chambers rated associates doing a wide variety of work including:
- mergers and acquisitions (including share acquisitions).
- the establishment and funding of a variety of joint ventures, partnerships and collaborative structures.
- establishing new investment funds, both institutional and retail, and assisting existing funds with their compliance issues.
- advising on capital raising and corporate finance including IPOs and note issuance programmes.
- providing corporate restructuring and insolvency advice and assistance
The successful candidate will have a top tier London or Dublin background and 2-6 years of post qualified experience.
