Description
Another major client is now seeking a 3-5 PQE associate for its busy corporate practice. As well as covering the usual M&A/JV, IPO’s etc, the nature of the jurisdiction means the team also advise as to the creation and administration of investment vehicles such as mutual funds, unit trusts, limited and general partnerships, as well as general ancillary matters. Previous funds experience would be a bonus but is certainly not required. This firm hasn’t done any hiring for some time (as associates tend to stay longer than average) so this is a great chance to join their ranks and kick start a successful offshore career.
