Description
Our client is a major offshore firm with an unrivalled reputation in the funds industry. As a new member of the funds team, you will be advising an already established client base on a number of portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and acquisitions etc. The firm facilitates all manner of funds including; hedge, multi manager, private equity, mutual and emerging markets.
Candidates must have 3-7 years post qualified experience working predominantly in investment funds, strong academics and the personality to fit into a dynamic working environment. The firm will not be beaten on the quality of work or the tax free package offered. The firm also offers excellent training and future career prospects.
