Description
Our client is a major offshore firm with an unrivalled reputation in the funds industry. As a member of the funds team, you will be advising an already established client base on a number of portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and acquisitions etc. The firm facilitates all manner of funds including; hedge, multi manager, private equity, mutual and emerging markets.
Candidates must have 4-8 years investment funds experience and knowledge of the local market and experience in offshore fund work would be beneficial. You will also have excellent communication skills, the drive and determination to win new business and develop a practice, as well as the the personality to fit into a dynamic working environment. The firm will not be beaten on the quality of work or the tax free package offered. The firm also offers excellent training and future career prospects.
