EXTREMELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!
Offshore Legal has been given direct instruction to source a dynamic funds partner for their Bermuda office. The team specializes in the formation and structuring of all manner of investment funds, as well as giving advice as to distressed funds, fund management and contentious issues. Growth and restructuring has resulted in the need of a partner level hire to help continue driving the practice forward.
The vacancy is reasonably urgent, however, the firm is obviously determined to find the best possible candidate and ‘fit’ for the team/firm. The final stage of the process will naturally involve a reasonably extensive on island visit. Ideally candidates will have extensive knowledge of the offshore market, however, this certainly doesn’t preclude applications from purely ‘onshore’ candidates.
On offer will be an extremely attractive offshore salary/benefits package. Offshore Legal has also been given indication that (all things being well) the successful applicant could reasonably expect Equity Partnership within 3/4 years.
