Description
A major client has requested Offshore Legal source a junior litigator for their BVI office. The team predominantly handles high profile cross border disputes, mostly relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, asset tracing, trusts, funds and shareholders disputes. Whilst the role will be varied, candidates aren’t expected to have gained experience in all the areas listed above. More important will be a can-do attitude, strong technical ability and client handling skills.
The Head Litigation Partner is in London next week and hoping to meet candidates Wednesday-Friday.
Candidates must be UK admitted, have between 1 and 3 years of post qualified experience, ideally from top tier London practices. A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax (paid by the employee) in the BVI is just 8%!
