Description

Our client requires a senior real estate/property associate to advise on a wide range of large cross border and local commercial real estate transactions. These include residential and commercial sales and purchases, mortgaging and financing issues, the legal aspects of planning applications and appeals, construction contracts and disputes, and commercial and residential leasing.  The ideal candidate will have predominantly UK (city/regional) or offshore experience and have experience building a practice. Exposure to some general corporate work would be a plus but is not a necessity.  Remuneration package will be extremely attractive (and somewhat negotiable) and there could be a realistic partnership opportunity within a relatively short space of time.
