Description
This top tier offshore firm is looking to make a rare senior hire for its highly regarded corporate practice in Hong Kong. Candidates should be Commonwealth or HK qualified and have between seven and 12 years of post-qualification experience at top tier firm(s) in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Top tier candidates in HK and/or working for an offshore firm (HK/elsewhere) are obviously strongly encouraged to apply asap. The role will be diverse but with a particular focus on M&A, Private Equity and Funds transactions for the firm’s impressive client base.
Mandarin language skills and Asian market experience would obviously be beneficial, however, Offshore Legal has received specific instruction that these are not necessarily required for this role.
