Our client is now quite urgently looking to recruit a senior corporate/commercial lawyer. The successful candidate will can take on a wide workload, everything from ISDA opinions, general capacity opinions, shareholder and joint venture agreements, the non-litigious aspects of insolvency, to commercial contracts across a broad range. This is a new hire and will suit an ambitious team player with a generalist background. Previous/current offshore experience would be a bonus but is not required. City and leading regional associates are encouraged to apply. Salary/package will be extremely attractive and hefty tax deductions will be a thing of the past!
