Description
The funds’ team of this leading offshore firm specialises in the formation, restructuring and closure of all Cayman fund types, using all forms of investment vehicle, including companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts, innovative structures and segregated portfolio companies.
The firm is now actively seeking a senior funds practitioner who can hit the ground running and help drive the practice forward. Knowledge of the Cayman market will be beneficial but not necessarily required. A very competitive salary is on offer and will be packaged with other attractive benefits.
