RARE SENIOR ROLE!!
Our client is seeking an experienced Trust/PC associate to join its Cayman Practice. The work will be non-contentious, although the successful candidate will work alongside a Partner and two senior associates in the Litigation team when handling contentious matters. The role will be varied, primarily advising professional trustees on all aspects of trusts, beneficiary rights, family type trusts and investment vehicle trust structures, trust formation issues as well as constructive trust situations.
Candidates must be commonwealth qualified and possess excellent client relationship and marketing skills. Some prior offshore experience would be beneficial, but is not a pre-requisite, Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and total package will include a relocation allowance, annual bonus as well as health and pension benefits.
