Description
Offshore Legal have recently placed one Barrister into this leading firm and due to current workflow, have now been instructed to source another within the same PQE range. The team handles a large percentage of the highest profile cross border cases in the region, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial matters, insolvency, trusts, funds, shareholders disputes and asset tracing. A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax paid by the employee in the BVI is just 8%.
The British Virgin Islands’ are a stunning collection of islands and is renowned for having one of the highest standards of living in the Caribbean, whilst cost of living remains far below most of the other Islands. Powdery white-sand beaches, lush green mountains, and a sheltered yacht-filled harbour characterize the island of Tortola which is where the main business district is located.
