Description
The BVI office of this leading offshore firm is looking for a leading mid level Barrister to join its highly regarded litigation practice. The team handles a large percentage of the highest profile cross border cases in the jurisdiction, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, trusts, funds, shareholders disputes and asset tracing.
Candidates aren’t expected to have gained experience in all the areas listed above, however, Barristers are preferred as this role will include a lot of interesting and complex cross-border advocacy.
A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax (paid by the employee) in the BVI is just 8%.
