Description
The BVI office of this major offshore firm is looking to recruit a junior barrister/solicitor advocate for its busy litigation practice. The team predominantly handles high profile cross border disputes, mostly relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, asset tracing, trusts, funds and shareholders disputes.
Whilst the work will be varied, candidates aren’t expected to have gained experience in all the areas listed above. More important will be a can-do attitude, strong technical ability and client handling skills. Candidates must be UK admitted and those with a top tier city background will be preferred. A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax in the BVI is just 8%.
